St. Joseph's Children's Health

On Thursday, March 10 at 10:30 a.m., families are invited to attend Hank’s Healthy Habits and meet Hank, a champion of healthy choices who loves to visit children to teach them about healthy habits. Hank models good behavior, resilience, and goal-setting, and he teaches young children that they can be health heroes by practicing healthy routines like brushing their teeth, eating healthy foods, washing their hands, exercising, reading, and showing kindness to friends.

Sink Your Teeth into Science on Saturday, March 19 at 10:00 a.m. is a program for children in grades 2-5 who will be able to feast on activities that allow them to explore, observe, and test why brushing, flossing, and eating well are healthy habits. Every participant will leave with a bag of tasty treats and a smile on each face. Space is limited to 25 and registration is required.

For more information on these programs and other future events at the library, go to our webpage at www.mslibrary.org. All library programs are free, unless stated otherwise and do require pre-registration. You may call 653-1510 or stop by the front desk at the library to register.
