Science Explorers BannerScience Explorers will engage, excite and inspire as they present “Science Matters” events at public libraries!

The Library System is pleased to announce that Erin Corvaia, educator with Science Explorers, will present a special program at the public libraries in Lancaster County this summer as part of this year’s Summer Reading Program: Libraries Rock! Science Explorers, is an innovative, hands-on science company, that is dedicated to providing an opportunity to engage children in the wonders of science.

These programs will run from June 19 through July 25.

 

 “Science Matters” Program Description: Science Explorers will be taking a close look at the states of matter. They will explore with bubbles, a spud launcher, leaf blowers and basketball! They will also explore Bernoulli and the different types of air pressure. It’s sure to be an experience for all ages!

About the presenter: The presenter Erin Corvaia has been with Science Explorers for 5.5 years. With a passion for science and education she will bring some thrilling science fun to the libraries. While Erin loves learning about the many different types of science, she loves even more to share it with young people!
