Cylo, the Lancaster Barnstormer’s mascot swings into action this summer when he presents Cylo at the Bat at the following public libraries in Lancaster County! Hear his famous poem & more! (All ages) Cylo’s library visits begin on June 15 and run until August 13.
This public library program supports Pennsylvania Academic Standards: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening: Learning to Read Independently (Word Recognition Skills, Vocabulary Development); Speaking and Listening (Listening Skills); Reading, Analyzing and Interpreting Literature (Literary Devices, Poetry). The Lancaster Barnstormers is a sponsor of the countywide summer reading program, Every Hero Has a Story!
