The Adamstown Area Library will host a Job Fair on Friday, July 12th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the library at 3000 N. Reading Road, Adamstown. Job seekers can speak directly to recruiters from several local employers and agencies, learn about current job openings, and apply for available jobs with on the spot interviews.
Employers from the Adamstown/Denver community will participate at the event!
Gage Personnel is hiring for a variety of professional roles and industries; the new TRU by Hilton Denver will interview for all hotel positions, with a special need for Front Desk and Housekeeping; and Home Instead Senior Care needs part time and full time Caregivers in our immediate area. Additional employers may be added as the event date approaches.
To make the most out of a job fair, come prepared. Hiring managers suggest that you wear your interview attire or at least ‘business casual’ clothing, bring several copies of your resume if you have one, and be prepared to answer common interview questions. The library provides free public computers for those who need to update their resumes, as well as one-on-one technology appointments to help with resume preparation, online job applications and other digital skills.
