Public Libraries encourage giving with the 16th Annual Mitten Tree Project!

Public Libraries throughout Lancaster County will hold their 16th annual Mitten Tree Campaign beginning on Monday, November 16. 2014 Summer Reading Program registrations at local public libraries top all-time records!
